Description
For us at Dyson Wines, as wine growers, this quintessential blend is very satisfying in the respect that the long awaited results have been well worth the planning and the patience required. This is our first blend of these varieties and we are very excited about the outcome. The features of this wine are a richly structured, elegant varietal palate with complex dark berry aromas.
The vibrant Shiraz characters, along with a splash of Viognier is packed with youthful ripe fruit flavours and intriguing floral nuances.
Again as is the practice here at Dyson Wines, we co-ferment these two fine varieties together (based on percentage at vintage), then into French oak barriques for 11 months, before bottling at our winery. All this has created an amazing wine with its own unique expressions and strong personality.
