Our art in blending all grapes for this fine wine (which includes the co-fermenting of these two classic varieties via percentage and vintage time), are grown on our sustainable vineyard at Maslin Beach. This reflects our understanding with the connection low yielding carefully nurtured vines and nature. We believe that the creation of this unique blend, in one of exceptional harmony, a precise complex wine with soft subtle tannins to the palate, rich fruit driven aromas, subtly framed by French oak maturation for 2 years.
Constant attention during non interventional wine making (naturally, calmly and slowly) allows their own varietal flavours and unique textures to compliment each other, creating vintage wine of seductive elegance and finesse. With careful cellaring this wine will continue to age gracefully.
